📱 Android - Hide Apps on Samsung or LG

What you should do

Samsung or LG only offer very basic app hiding - it only hides it from your app drawer, but it still shows up in the search results.

To hide an app:
1. Long-tap on any empty space on your home screen.
2. In the bottom right corner, tap the button for home screen settings.
3. Scroll down on that menu and tap "Hide apps."
4. In the menu that pops up, select any apps you want to hide, then tap "Apply."

To access the hidden apps, you can still find them by searching for their name, or look them up in the hidden app list as shown below
